Native Ji Ping Chen will serve as the executive chef at Wu Chow, a new venture from the owners of Swift’s Attic.

Concept/cuisine: The Swift’s Attic proprietors will open a Chinese restaurant in a modern and sophisticated space on the street level of the new IBC Bank building. The kitchen will be helmed by Chinese natives Ji Ping Chen (executive chef) and Ling Qi Wu (dim sum chef), and owners are touting an “authentic, fresh and modern” approach to Chinese food.
